How long will it take for my order to be posted?

In-stock items will take 1-5 business days to post. Made to order items will take 2-10 business days to post. Pre-orders can take a bit longer due to fabric waits, etc, an estimated timeframe will be given based on each preorder round and regular updates will be given throughout the process. (Approx. 2-3 weeks from when I receive fabrics)

 

What postal options do you offer?

Standard flat rate shipping for $10 will be sent through Sendle or Australia Post depending on your location. If you’d like to specially request one option or the other please leave a note of your preference at checkout.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 and will be posted through Australia Post. Express shipping still takes 1-3 days to dispatch.

 

What happens if my items don’t fit?

If your items don’t fit upon arrival please get in contact right away I will be happy to repair them if possible and that is something you would like. If they are in the un-worn unwashed condition you are entitled to a full refund once the items are returned. And this will be processed on the day the items are received back to me. Preorder/custom items have a 50% non-refundable deposit in the order. Event of a custom or preorder item not fitting you will have the option of a refund less your deposit or a store credit to the total value of your item (inc deposit).



How can I be sure what size to order for my preorder/custom items?

Our sizing is very flexible and caters to a range of shapes and sizes but we do understand that pre-orders and custom items can sometimes take a little while and with our babies growing up so fast this can sometimes be an issue. This is why when the fabric arrives to me, and before I cut it, I will reach out to reconfirm measurements or sizes with each customer to help minimise this risk. If you have any trouble with the size chart please reach out and I’m happy to recommend a size based on measurements.

I am missing an item what do I do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order please double check your invoice/receipt to confirm and If you still have not received your full order please contact us immediately at blue-mchildrenswear@outlook.com

 

What happens if I order an in-stock item and a preorder or made to order item together?

If you order an item that’s in-stock and an item on order at the same time, the in-stock item will be held to post with your entire order. If you would like the in-stock item/s straight away please contact us via email or the contact page to arrange separate shipping and we will most definitely get that organised for you.
 

How can I change my delivery address for a preorder item if I move?

For any change of delivery details please contact us via email to let us know your order number the original address and the new address and we will update that for you.
